Warranty conditions

In addition to the statutory warranty rights to which you are entitled, we grant you a one-year warranty on the goods advertised with the warranty promise. The warranty period begins on the date of the invoice. Our warranty is valid within the member states of the European Union.

Should any material or manufacturing defects occur in the product you purchased within this period, we offer you the following services as part of the warranty:

-free repair of the goods or

-free exchange for an equivalent item (or a successor model if the original item is no longer available).

There is no warranty claim for damage caused by the following reasons:

- improper or abusive use

- external influences such as moisture, heat, overvoltage, dust, etc.

- Disregard of safety instructions

- Failure to follow the operating instructions

- Impact (e.g. impact, fall, breakage, visible display damage)

- unauthorized repair attempts

- normal wear and tear

In order for us to investigate a warranty claim, you must send us the goods for inspection. Please ensure that they are securely packaged to avoid damage during transport.

A copy of the original invoice must be enclosed for warranty processing. Without this copy, warranty service cannot be provided. It is primarily used to verify the warranty period.

If your warranty claim is justified, we will cover the shipping costs. In this case, any shipping costs you may have incurred will be reimbursed.

Important NOTE:

Your statutory rights arising from the purchase contract remain unaffected by this warranty promise. In particular, your statutory warranty rights against us apply regardless of whether you make a claim under the warranty or not.

If there is a defect in the purchased item, you can contact us at any time within the scope of the statutory warranty – regardless of any possible guarantee claim.
